WP series liquid cooling plates

Each of the WP series liquid cooling plates is made of single aluminum plate. All cooling channels are gun-drilled into the plate. This eliminates the interface loss between copper tube and the aluminum plate in the conventional liquid cooling plates, making our liquid plates much more effective than conventional liquid cooling plates.

Custom liquid cooling plates

We have the ability of making custom liquid cooling plates either by gun drilling, or embedding copper tubes, or friction stirwelding. All cold plate may integrate other desired structural features or heatpipes. Contact us for more information.
